Her marquee work includes IND development and pivotal trial evaluation of Zimislecel (VX-880) for clinical cure of type 1 diabetes.

Luke has spent 20+ years understanding how data, product, and AI converge in large healthcare organizations. He spent 16 years at Kaiser Permanente gaining expertise in clinical decision support, telehealth, EHR systems, and corporate data management. He was then recruited to J&J MedTech, where he led global strategic marketing for data, digital health, and AI, including the OTTAVA robotic surgery platform. He then served as VP of Technology Product Strategy at Optum, scaling AI-powered solutions across oncology, women's health, MSK, kidney, and care management. He now directs enterprise data at Eli Lilly.

Victor was originally trained as a pulmonologist and ICU physician. He has over a decade of experience spanning companies ranging from startup to exit, with positions in academia, senior leadership, advisory boards, and consulting.  His repertoire bridges patient care, health policy, clinical trials, and pharmaceutical development.

Previous roles include medical director of AnsibleHealth’s multistate ACO (2021-2024), principal investigator for NIH- and VA-funded respiratory disease research programs (2017-present), assistant professor of medicine at Emory University Department of Medicine (2018-2020), and medical education faculty at UWorld (2020-2026).
